We also serve your customers in TRNC!

You can ship items to your customers in TRNC very fast and easily by choosing us.

There are 2 ways to send parcels to TRNC.

  • If you are a business firm and you are sending a parcel with no commercial value as a sample; when delivering your parcel to our branch, it will be sufficient to fill in the TRNC proforma invoice form issued by our branch for both the sender and the recipient and deliver it to our branch or send an e-mail to kktcgumrukoperasyon@sube.araskargo.com.tr specifying that customs papers are attached and the parcel tracking number is included in the e-mail address. Or you can also send a proforma invoice prepared by yourself. Click here to download a sample proforma invoice.

Things To Know About Proforma Invoices:

a- Your shipment must not exceed 300kg and 10 pieces for a single proforma invoice. For shipments exceeding 300kg, an additional proforma invoice and additional airway bill must be issued by our departure branch.

b- The product price must not exceed 7.500 Euro for a single proforma invoice.

c- Products that are restricted, subject to authorization, or inspection (chemical products, food, medicine, cold chain pharmaceutical products, etc.) will be excluded from the shipment.

d- It is not obligatory to write HS code in sample shipments.

  • If you are a business firm and you are sending a business parcel, which is subject to micro-export; it will be sufficient to issue an exemption (export) invoice for the product and deliver the invoice to our branch at the time of shipment. E-invoice and e-archive invoice users must print out the e-archive invoice of the product to be shipped to TRNC (customs declaration can only be made with an e-archive invoice at customs, and even if you are an e-invoice taxpayer, you must prepare the invoice as e-archive) and deliver it to our branch stamped and signed together with the parcel. A proforma invoice is not mandatory for micro exports.

Things to consider for your business/micro export shipments:

a- The product invoice you will issue must be in the form of an EXEMPTION/EXPORT (Exemption Code: 301-11/1-a Goods Export) invoice.

b- You must complete the Exporters Association and Customs taxpayer registration processes.

c- Your shipment must be a maximum of 300kg and 10 pieces for a single invoice. For shipments exceeding 300kg, an additional invoice and an additional airway bill must be issued by our departure branch.

d- The product price should not exceed 7.500 Euro for a single proforma invoice.

e- Products that are restricted, subject to authorization, or inspection (chemical products, food, medicine, Cold chain pharmaceutical products, etc.) will be excluded from the shipment.

f- Product invoices must be e-archive invoices.

g- HS codes, gross and net kilogram figures, international delivery codes (EXW-FOB-FCA-CFR-CFR-CPT-CIF-CIP-CIP-DAP-DDP), and country of origin must be included on the invoice.

h- Aras Kargo micro export information form must be filled in. Click here to access Aras Kargo information form.

i- The Excel file including the micro export information form and invoice items must be sent to kktcgumrukoperasyon@sube.araskargo.com.tr e-mail address with the parcel tracking number, indicating that it is a customs clearance form.

The most important rule to know when sending products to the TRNC within the scope of e-commerce; all shipments reaching the TRNC are checked for invoices and what they contain, and the customs office decides whether the shipment should be subject to customs formalities. If your parcels, whose recipient is an individual customer, are subject to customs formalities at TRNC customs, as Aras Kargo, we can finalize the customs procedures and deliver your shipments to the recipient address after the recipient of your parcel authorizes our company and pays the taxes that may arise.
