In parallel with our strategic planning process, which takes stakeholder expectations and performance results as the main input, we aim to maintain our leading position in the Turkish delivery sector with a large number of new projects and systems.
We defined the Quality Management System (QMS) establishment studies throughout Aras Kargo, which we started within a Regional Directorate in 2000, together with the ISO 9001 QMS activities, in 2004. By realizing the dissemination of the system by 2006, we obtained the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate covering all units throughout Turkey.
In 2007, we adopted the “EFQM Excellence Model”, which is the expression of the implementation of the basic concepts of Quality Management in the form of a management system, as a way of doing business in order to improve the quality of stakeholder relations, increase productivity, maintain competitiveness, and create a structure for the management system. Our first step, in this respect, was to sign the National Quality Movement Goodwill Declaration in 2007 and to participate in the National Quality Movement initiated by the Quality Association of Turkey (KalDer) in order to improve the quality of life.
