How is cargo delivery made from a Tradesman or a Locker?

When picking up your cargo from Aras Burası Tradesman points, you need to share the password provided in the notification SMS you received with the tradesman point. For Aras Burası Locker deliveries, you can receive your cargo by entering the password from the SMS on the locker screen.

What should I do if the SMS/Delivery code did not arrive or if I forgot it?

Customers without a password can trigger a new password using the phone number registered to the Aras Kargo shipment. At tradesman points: The Delivery Code resend is done by the tradesman. For locker deliveries: The customer must use the “I Forgot My Password” option on the locker screen.

Where can I find the Delivery Code for my e-commerce orders?

For e-commerce shipments, the Delivery Code information can be viewed on the “My Orders” page of the site where the order was placed.

What should I do if I experience a problem with the locker delivery?

In cases such as the locker door not opening, the code being invalid, or the cargo not being inside the opened compartment, you need to contact the Locker Call Center. The call center's contact information is located on the locker.

If I am not at my address, can I pick up cargo from Aras Burası Tradesman and Locker?

When the courier is out for delivery, you can choose the "I will pick up from an Arasburası Point" option from the alternative delivery choices in the notification SMS you receive, and have your cargo left at the Arasburası Tradesman/Locker point you select.

How does delivery process proceed when courier cannot find the recipient at home?

When the courier cannot find you at home, your cargo will be left for you to pick up at an Aras Burası Tradesman/Locker point within 500m of your address, and you will be notified via SMS.

Aras Burası Send from Tradesman is a service where you can create a shipment and complete payment operations online by registering at https://arasesnaftangonder.araskargo.com.tr/. After completing the process, a notification SMS will be sent to you.

How is the delivery code or barcode used?

The SMS received after the shipment creation process contains a QR link for the delivery code that you must share with the tradesman when handing over your cargo. When delivering your cargo to the tradesman:
  • You can click the QR link in the SMS and show the barcode that appears on the screen to the tradesman,
  • or you can directly provide the delivery code located below the barcode to the tradesman.

From which tradesman point can I send my cargo?

You can send your cargo from any Aras Burası Tradesman point you wish.

Where can I track the shipment status and history of my cargo?

When the tradesman completes the shipment acceptance process, you can view the shipment history and all details on the “My Orders” page at https://arasesnaftangonder.araskargo.com.tr/. Additionally, you can also perform a cancellation from this screen before delivering your shipment to the tradesman.

What happens if paid cargo is not processed at the tradesman point within 3 business days?

If paid cargo is not processed at the tradesman point within 3 business days, the system automatically cancels the order and the shipping fee is refunded to your account

What happens to shipments that are not converted into waybills within 15 days?

For shipments accepted by the tradesman but not converted into a dispatch note at the branch within 15 days, the payment is automatically refunded. Additionally, a notification SMS is sent asking you to retrieve your cargo from the tradesman.
