Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data Within the Scope of the Customer Communication Process Carried Out Via Chatbot and Live Support Service

Introduction

This Privacy Notice has been prepared with the purpose of informing our customers about the processing and transfer of their personal data in the customer communication process carried out via Chatbot and Live Support Service.

Your personal data regarding your identity information (name, surname), contact information (mobile telephone number, address, e-mail) and customer transaction information (delivery tracking number) that Aras Kargo collected through our Chatbot and Live Support application, as well as the information about the content of messages that you will send to our Company, will be processed based on the legal reasons of “Processing of personal data of the parties of a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract” and “Processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, provided that this processing shall not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject” set out in article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (the “PDPL”), limited to the purposes of conducting communication activities, conducting and improving customer services, conducting customer relationship management processes, conducting activities aimed at customer satisfaction, ensuring identity verification and security, and tracking requests/complaints.

Process safety information (Security and tracking, device and log information) is processed within the scope of the legal reasons stated in sub-paragraphs (a) “It is expressly provided for by the laws” and (ç) “It is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject” of Article 5 of the PDPL (KVKK) for the purposes of conducting information security processes and performing activities in accordance with the legislation; they are recorded in Aras Kargo electronic systems, shared with public institutions and organizations in accordance with the legislation and protocols, and stored for no less than one year and no more than two years in accordance with the purpose set out in accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Internet Broadcasts and Prevention of Crimes Committed through Such Broadcasts No. 5651, provided that the periods stipulated by the legislation are reserved.

Your personal data may be shared with our suppliers, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliated partners, and business partners located in the country, limited to the purposes listed above. In addition, your personal data may be shared with authorized persons or institutions upon a court decision or upon the request of an authorized administrative authority.
