Your Rights as a Data Subject
As a data subject, we inform you that you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the LPPD:
- to learn whether your personal data is being processed or not,
- request information if your personal data has been processed,
- to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- to know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- to request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of LPPD and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transactions made within this scope and in case your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Object to the occurrence of a result that is detrimental to the person themself due to the exclusive analysis of your processed data through automated systems.
- to request compensation for damages in case of damage due to illegal processing of your personal data.
You can submit your applications for your rights mentioned above to our Company in accordance with the provisions of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller (in writing or via registered electronic mail address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or your e-mail address that you have previously notified to our Company and registered in our systems, with information / documents* that verify your identity in order to determine that you are the real right holder).

N.B. : We would like to remind that no special categories of personal data (e.g. religion or blood type information) should be included in the scope of data subject applications.
