Your personal data processed within the scope of physical premises security processes may be transferred to the following recipient groups if the conditions for transfer regulated under Articles 8 and/or 9 of the LPPD are met:

Authorised public institutions and organisations (e.g., Information and Communication Technologies Authority, courts, prosecutor's office and law enforcement agencies, consumer arbitration committees) | Identity Physical Premises Security Legal Transaction | For the purposes specified in each data category above, in particular for the fulfilment of our legal obligations and the establishment, use and protection of our rights in case of dispute |
Your personal data may be transferred abroad only where there is an adequacy decision under Article 9/1 of the LPPD; or in the absence of such a decision, where appropriate safeguards are provided under Article 9/4; or on an occasional basis in exceptional cases under Article 9/6.
