LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA Your personal data are processed by Aras Kargo on the basis of the legal grounds of:
  • being expressly permitted by law;
  • the processing of personal data pertaining to the contracting parties being required, provided that the processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract;
  • data processing being required for the data controller’s compliance with a statutory obligation
as stipulated in article 5 of the LPPD and the applicable legislation, for the fulfillment of the aforelisted purposes.
METHODS OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA The aforementioned personal data are collected during the parcel acceptance, through the shipper’s/data subject’s declarations, printed forms and similar electronic forms.
