Our Company operates as a postal service provider within the framework of the Authorization Regulation on the Postal Sector published in the Official Gazette dated 03.06.2014 and numbered 29019. Our activities are carried out in compliance with the Postal Services Law No. 6475, the Road Transport Law No. 4925, and particularly the decisions of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK) regarding security measures for postal shipments.

2.The Methods of Collection of Your Personal Data

  • Methods of Collecting Personal Data We collect your personal data through fully or partially automated means, or non-automated means provided they are part of a data recording system. These data are gathered via:

    • Websites and mobile applications
    • Physical forms (contracts, shipment creation forms, proof of service documents)
    • Senders, call centers, emails, phone calls, SMS, and faxes
    • Demand/complaint/suggestion platforms and online meeting tools
    • Company headquarters, regional directorates, branches, and agents
    • Suppliers, business partners, and intermediary carriers
    • Integrated systems belonging to authorized public institutions and third parties.

    Processing of sales, finance, and accounting transactions (only if the shipment fee is paid by the individual).

    Only processed if the recipient is not at home, by taking a photograph of the delivery address to prove the visit.

The following information pertaining to the recipients receiving the shipments from Aras Kargo (for the consignees) are processed by our Company for the purposes and legal bases stated in the chart due to shipments being received from Aras Kargo by such persons:

    • Authorized Public Institutions (e.g., BTK, Courts): To fulfill legal obligations and manage legal disputes.
6.Your Rights as Data Subject
    1. Your Rights as a Data Subject In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
    • Learn whether your personal data is being processed.
    • Request information if your data has been processed.
    • Learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used accordingly.
    • Know the third parties to whom data is transferred (domestically or abroad).
    • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
    • Request the deletion or destruction of data if the reasons for processing no longer exist.
    • Object to outcomes resulting exclusively from automated analysis.
    • Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

    Application Procedure: You may submit your requests to the Company in writing or via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, or your email address previously registered in our system.
