Our Management Team

Sevilay Güven completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Control and Computer Engineering at ITU and obtained her PhD qualification in Information Methods for Industrial Systems from Université de Paris 5 René Descartes. Her areas of expertise include operational excellence, process optimization, ERP implementations, and governance.

Starting her career with projects focused on informatics and process management, she served for many years as CIO and senior executive at Oyak Renault, Dynargie Management Development, and Schenker Arkas Logistics. She also founded her own consultancy firm, providing strategic restructuring support to multinational corporations, and served as the General Secretary of YASAD between 2020 and 2025. Joining the organization on November 5, 2025, as Vice President of Operational Excellence, Sevilay Güven reports to COO Utku Ayyarkın.
