On November 30, 2025, an attempted cyberattack targeting our company's information systems was detected. Thanks to our advanced security infrastructure, the attempt was quickly identified and the necessary interventions were made.

Although short-term delays and service interruptions were experienced as a precautionary measure, these disruptions were resolved within a short period of time thanks to exceptional coordination and dedicated efforts. At present, our cargo acceptance and distribution activities are continuing without interruption, and there are no operational disruptions. Our core operational systems have remained fully operational.
3. ? What was the impact of the cyberattack on data?
Based on the current preliminary findings of the ongoing forensic investigations and technical analyses, it has been determined that the integrity of customer data contained in the main systems used for parcel delivery operations has been preserved. While investigations are ongoing, and given the nature of cyber incidents, the possibility of unauthorized access to certain data or potential data exfiltration is being assessed as a precaution within the scope of risk scenarios.
4. Are your systems currently operational?
Yes. As part of security measures, our servers were temporarily isolated. Subsequently, under the coordination of our crisis management team, our systems were reconfigured and restored in line with the highest security standards. Our operations are continuing without interruption.
