Black and white shipments are entrusted to Aras Kargo

Turkey’s pioneering and innovative delivery company, Aras Kargo became the new transportation sponsor of Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club and its group companies. Pursuant to the cooperation, which became official with the signing ceremony held on November 17, 2021, Aras Kargo will undertake the entire collection, distribution and delivery organization of Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club and its group companies throughout Turkey.

The transportation sponsorship agreement signed between Beşiktaş and Aras Kargo was released to the public at a ceremony held on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. The sponsorship agreement officially entered into force with the signatures of Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club’s Secretary General and Head of Executive Board Ahmet Mesut Urgancılar, Board Member for Marketing and Business Development Enis Ulusoy, and Aras Kargo General Manager Utku Ayyarkın. The cooperation will cover the shipments of the club and its group companies, as well as the shipments of the Beşiktaş Shop (Kartal Yuvası) e-commerce site at which Beşiktaş fans often do shopping.

Expressing his thoughts in the signing ceremony, Aras Kargo General Manager Utku Ayyarkın said, “Aras Kargo continues to support sports and football in different fields. We are very pleased and proud to be the delivery business partner of Beşiktaş, one of the most important values of Turkish sports and one of Turkey’s biggest brands. We are aware that we take an important responsibility. It is a well-known fact how valuable the correct use of time, and organization is in terms of today’s football. We believe that the cooperation we have signed will make a great contribution to Beşiktaş. We are a brand that loves and supports sports, believing in the unifying and developing power of sports. Therefore, we will maintain our support for Turkish sports in different branches and in different ways. This year, within the scope of our TFF cooperation, we put down a marker showing that we will appear more often on football fields by carrying the balls and trophies of the Turkish Cup to the field with the emphasis of contactless delivery. Our efforts towards this has gathered speed thanks to this substantial cooperation with Beşiktaş.”

A service befitting champions for Beşiktaş and its valuable fans

Utku Ayyarkın added, “Our investments in technology and operational efficiency in the last few years have moved us to a new position in terms of both speed and customer satisfaction. The number of addresses we visited per day increased from 500 thousand to over 2 million thanks to all these investments. In this process, we evolved from an operating company to a technology company. We tripled our capacity, especially with automation investments. We provide services all over Turkey with our more than 16 thousand employees. With this agreement, we will provide Beşiktaş and Beşiktaş fans who shop at Beşiktaş Shop (Kartal Yuvası) with a service befitting champions. I wish good luck to both parties.”

Secretary General and Head of Executive Board Ahmet Mesut Urgancılar said, “At Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club, we continue our corporate partnership with our existing sponsors, and grow stronger with our new sponsors. We are starting a new cooperation with Aras Kargo, which is aware of the unifying and developing power of sports. We entrust our black and white shipments to Aras Kargo. Aras Kargo delivered the balls to the field during our matches as part of Ziraat Turkish Cup, which we were the champion of last season.
