Afor Agency

In 2002, I took my first step into the precious Aras Kargo family filled with utmost excitement. At first, I started as a delivery tracking officer at the Afyon Transfer Center, and then I served as a representative at the Kadınana branch, where I went to get training, for 1 year in line with the needs of the branch.

I served as a representative in the newly opened Karahisar branch for 2 years, then continued as a branch manager in the İscehisar branch in 2005. In 2006, I worked as a temporary branch manager at the Uşak Kilim branch and Isparta Gökçay branch. I served as the Büyüktaaruz branch manager in 2007, and I worked as the Kadınana branch manager for 4 years between 2008 and 2012. Since 2012, I have been working as Afor agency, in which I still love with the excitement of the first day. I have been working as an agent for my Aras Kargo family for 10 years and I will always continue to carry importance in line with the goals given by my company. Here is to another 10 successful years.

Aras Kargo means family to me. It means that we have a family in every corner of my beautiful country, a space of trust in every province when we have a problem. During the pandemic period, we realized that we are working in one of the most important business lines that guide the development of the country.

What essentially motivated me the most in becoming an agency was that I wanted to earn a little more in this job that I poured my heart into. Having 10 years of experience and often hearing from my regional manager that I would succeed played an important role in this request, while being well aware of Aras Kargo's providing many facilities to support its employees was also rather motivating.

My advice to my friends who want to work as an agent is that, first of all, you should love your job, whilst also reminding yourself of the strength of our company. Do not ever lose your customer-oriented approach. It is, after all, a team job, we have to value our employees. We must be with them in weal and woe.
