Aras Kargo is like a family to me; a huge family where all its members share common goals, experience the same enthusiasm and happiness, learn by living and aim to do better all the time.

The characteristic it has that I like the most is that the employees from all levels can learn the job unintentionally and improve themselves while doing the duty assigned to them. This all happens in such a natural way thanks to the sincerity of the corporate culture and the sense of belonging.

When I started my job as the Aras Kargo Günebakan Agent, I had a hunch that I would either fail, or stay afloat, or I would not be able to pay the salaries of my employees. However, in this process, which has made me feel the power of Aras Kargo once again, my friends and managers, with whom I worked together before in our Regional Directorate, sincerely offered me their support, standing by me, thus this made me overcome all the difficulties. This strength and this tenacity of endurance together brought about the feeling of happiness arising due to the beautiful work results and the self-confidence of being a huge family.

I would advise my fellows who want to become an agent to dare first, trust the industry and the company, the leading player in the industry, and never give up. Having spent years together without even noticing, I can see clearly that we are, indeed, a very big family; every time I see the Aras Kargo trucks on the roads and vehicles making distribution in city centers, I grate and thank them from the bottom of my heart for making our customers and all of the stakeholders of this family happy.
