The second subsequent award to Aras Kargo from the A.L.F.A. Awards
Aras Kargo, Turkey's leading and innovative shipping company has been the awarded by A.L.F.A Awards for the second consecutive time and has been selected as the Brand “best designing and offering customer experience.”
The fifth of A.L.F.A. Awards was held in Bomontiada on May 28th this year with the cooperation of Marketing Turkey and AKADEMETRE where the brands that best manage the customer experience are awarded. Aras Kargo is awarded A.L.F.A. Award for the second consecutive time, with the success of customer experience management in the 44 category as the “best designing and offering customer experience” where brands from banking to white goods, from clothing to cosmetics establishing a smooth and sustainable relationship with the customer are selected and honored.
Within the scope of the A.L.F.A. Awards, 1200 people participated in 12 cities across Turkey to independent research where jury is formed of consumer. In the research; relationship of the brand with consumers at every stage of process was assessed under titles like multi-customer experience; Brand multichannel access, brand personalization, employee focus, customer-oriented technology usage, process satisfaction in the purchase process.
As a result of the assessment, Turkey's pioneering and innovative shipping company Aras Kargo was awarded best designing and offering customer experience” in cargo category with its reliability, awareness and concept of services focusing customer satisfaction in the center of service through its pre-sales relations.
