Aras Kargo won the bronze award in the “Best Education and Development Program” category in the TEGEP Learning and Development Awards competition organized by the Turkish Education and Development Platform Association (TEGEP) with its Pusula (compass) Development of Aras Program it has implemented in Aras Academy.
TEGEP Learning and Development Awards, which were held to make successful practices in institutions visible and rewarded, and to contribute to the dissemination of good and exemplary practices by sharing, were awarded to the winners. The Compass Break Program impact more than 10,000 field employees to “Turn Their Course to Development”. The Compass Break Program aims that the field employees gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviors to adapt to the transformation and to provide unique experiences to customers in the strategic transformation journey of Aras Kargo.
