Aras Kargo, Türkiye's leading shipping company, adds a new one to its collection of awards from prestigious organizations. Aras Kargo received four awards in the categories of CEO, CFO, CMO and CHRO, as well as the "Türkiye's Golden Leaders Big Award" at the Golden Leader Awards, which was attended by more than 70 thousand business people across Türkiye.

The results announced at the Golden Leader Awards held on December 18-21, 2023; "Türkiye's 50 Most Admired CEOs" award went to Utku Ayyarkın, the General Manager and Board Member of Aras Kargo; "Türkiye's Most Admired CFO" award went to Barbara Hagen, CFO of Aras Kargo; "Türkiye's Most Admired CHRO" award went to Selda Özacar, Assistant General Manager of Human Resources; and "Türkiye's Most Admired Golden Leader CMO" award went to Billur Burkutoğlu, Assistant General Manager of Marketing, Corporate Communications and Customer Experience. 

Utku Ayyarkın, the General Manager and Board Member of Aras Kargo, who was named as one of Türkiye's 50 most admired CEOs and presented the "Golden Leader 2023" award by Mr. Mahmut Gürcan, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Trade, also received the "Türkiye's Golden Leaders Big Award", which Aras Kargo was honored in 4 different categories at the award ceremony. Aras Kargo was one of the very few companies to receive the big award of the night.

Commenting on Aras Kargo's success at the Golden Leader Awards, where the company won a total of four awards in the categories of CEO, CFO, CMO, and CHRO, Ayyarkın shared: "First of all, I would like to mention that it is very important for us to be recognized. The service sector plays an important role in the overall growth of trade and as the engine of Türkiye, we are working day and night to ensure that almost every sector develops in an increasingly positive direction. This award is dedicated to the real heroes of the industry, the couriers, who always make our lives easier, even in extraordinary circumstances like the pandemic or natural disasters."

In his final speech, Ayyarkın emphasized that the most important role of a leader in the new century is to contribute to Türkiye's development and train young leaders who can take over the reins.
