As the first shipping company to sign the United Nations Women"s Empowerment Principles, Aras Kargo sets the tone with its practices for female employees.
In the shipping industry, a sector that is thought to be dominated by men, Aras Kargo has achieved a balance between men and women in management with its policy to promote the employment of women. Half of Aras Kargo"s eight-member management team consists of female executives. As the first shipping company to sign the United Nations Women"s Empowerment Principles, Aras Kargo is setting the tone in the industry with its policies for women employees.
