Our Management Team

Kürşat Yiğit graduated in Computer Engineering from Yıldız Technical University. He began his career in software development and data management, held key roles at İş Yatırım, Abdi İbrahim, and Vialand, and later led global digital transformation and IT governance initiatives at Yıldız Holding and Pladis Global.

After managing technology management, risk, and budget processes at Arçelik Global, he served as CTO and Executive Board Member at Penti, where he shaped the company's end-to-end digital strategy. His areas of expertise include technology strategy, digital transformation, technology and data governance, artificial intelligence, technology infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Joining the team on November 17, 2025, as Vice President of Information Technologies, Kürşat Yiğit reports directly to CEO Barbara Hagen.
