Başak Nur Zazaoğlu holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

Başak Nur Zazaoğlu began her professional career in 2007 at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) within the Independent Audit and Advisory division. Throughout her career, she has held key positions at prestigious organizations such as Türk Telekom International, Kibar Holding, Assan Panel, Sur Yapı Group, and Kalyon Holding. She has gained extensive executive experience in IFRS reporting and consolidation, budget management, financial analysis and planning, financial control, treasury management, and risk management within merger, acquisition, and restructuring processes.

Having joined Aras Kargo as Finance Director in 2022, Zazaoğlu has been serving as the CFO of Aras Global since March 2025. In this role, she leads the finance, treasury management, tax and legal compliance, IFRS reporting, and budgeting functions for the company’s subsidiaries across Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Uzbekistan. Additionally, she oversees the human resources, legal and compliance, procurement, and administrative affairs functions.
