Customer Information System (CIS) is a system that we provide to our corporate customers, in which the processes of cargo registry, tracking, payment and reporting can be done.

Our corporate customers can examine all details of their cargoes via this platform. They can create delivery and hand-out reports via the reporting option, and they can also follow-up cargo payments and collections made from their current account. With our “Aras e-payment” solution, our corporate customers can pay their cargo invoices in a fast and secure way, and they can immediately see its reflection on their current accounts.

Additionally, each customer can create their own cargo registry and generate their barcodes on the same platform. The cargo registry – which is generated by our customer with the integration – is reflected to our own system, and the cargo is collected by our couriers within the same day and sent.

You can reach CIS via Corporate Customer member login on the Aras Kargo website; you can request your user id and password from your Sales/Customer Representative.
