What is Aras e-payment?
Aras e-payment is an Aras Kargo solution that enables our contract customers to pay their cargo invoices online with any credit card.
How can I make e-payment?
You can use the Aras e-payment solution by logging onto the Customer Information System (CIS) with your Customer user id and password. After logging into the system, you can continue your process as per the payment option preferred by selecting the e-payment menu on the left of the screen. You will be directed to the Secure Payment Page where you can enter your credit card information after approving the payment. Your payment process will be completed once you enter necessary information to the system.

What is the Secure Payment System?
It is a payment system suitable for the use of Visa and MasterCard in order to increase the security of card processes conducted in the electronic environment. Your card data benefits from the assurance of Merchant SafeUnipay Security System provided by ASSECO SEE Teknoloji A.Ş. ASSECO SEE Teknoloji A.Ş. – which constantly undergoes the PCI DSS audit conducted by international audit institutions – is one of the few “PCI Certified” technology companies in this field.
Is e-payment priced?
You can use our Aras e-payment solution without paying any fee or commission.
Who can use the e-payment option?
The Aras e-payment solution can be used by all Corporate Aras Kargo customers.
Which credit cards I can use when making e-payment?
When making your payments, you can use the Visa/MasterCard/American Express credit cards of any bank. For the security of your credit card data during e-payment, the procedure is performed by using the 3D password from the Online Services page. For this reason, credit cards are not used in international credit card payment procedures.
Can I make partial or minimum payment by e-payment?
Yes. You can make partial payment via the option of “Pay by entering the amount”, which can be found under the “e-payment” tab on the left of the screen.
Can I also pay my unpaid invoices belonging to previous periods with e-payment?
Yes. You can view your paid and unpaid invoices from current procedures. What’s more, you can examine your up-to-date invoice data, and settle invoice payments by credit card.
Can I cancel a payment that I make?
In the event that a repetitive payment or overpayment is made by the customer, he/she needs to apply with a return request petition. The request will be examined and the customer notified of a return/rejection decision within a period of two weeks.
Can I make payment with my personal credit card?
Yes. You can make payment with your personal credit card. You can communicate with your accountant or financial affairs department in relation to the accounting records of the payment in question.
Can I make payment by bank card or debit card?
Yes. You can make payment by bank card or debit card.
Can I earn points when I make payment by credit card? Can I use the points that I earned earlier?
When making payment by credit card, you cannot use up or earn points.
How will I receive my invoices after I make payment via e-payment?
You invoices are / will be delivered to your address via the Aras Kargo Branch with which you work.
Can I place an automatic payment order?
Yes. You can place an automatic payment order with the option of Automatic Payment by Credit Card.
Will you be the one to keep a record of my credit card data if I place an automatic payment order?
No. Your credit card data is kept under record in the secure database of ASSECO SEE Teknoloji A.Ş. – which is our PCI certified international solution partner – and it is not stored in the Aras Kargo system.
When will the collection of my payments be made if I place an automatic payment order?
If you place an Order for Automatic Payment with Credit Card, your balance – which is due on Sunday – will be collected automatically from your credit card account number – which you register in the Merchant SafeUnipay database – as of 14.00 o’clock on all Fridays.
How can I reach the information related to the collection of my payments if I place an automatic payment order?
If you place the Order for Automatic Payment with Credit Card, all collection information – which will be made automatically – shall be sent as an SMS to your GSM number and e-mail address registered in the system.
Can I register all of my credit cards into the automatic payment system?
Yes. You can register the information of several of your credit cards into the system. Your due debt will be collected from one of your credit cards of sufficient balance – as per the registry order. In addition, you can delete the details of credit cards that you no longer wish to use – from the MY CARDS panel.
System gave an error when trying to make e-payment; what should I do?
You can inquire whether your process was successful or not by contacting your bank or Aras Kargo Customer Representative.
We have a branch in Nicosia – Cyprus. All commercial cargoes are delivered to Nicosia Customs, and we deliver the personal cargo either via the branch, or to the recipient’s address according to your preference. Delivery period for Cyprus is 3 days. Vehicles that leave our Mersin Transfer Center on the nights of Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday deliver Cyprus bound cargoes to Nicosia Customs.
If you want to bring your cargo to the branch yourself, you can go visit any Aras Kargo branch across Turkey and make delivery by 15.30 on weekdays and by 13.00 on Saturdays. If you wish, you can use our Pick up From Door service instead of visiting a branch. Within the context of the Pick up From the Address service, we come to the address given by you, pick up your cargoes checked against documents and send them for you. In order to request a Pick up from Door service you can call a courier from our website. If you want to convey your request by phone, you need to inform our branches about your cargo by 16.30 at the latest; you can ring our Call Centre on 444 25 52 by 15.30 at the latest within weekdays and by 12.00 at the latest on Saturdays. If you want to bring your cargo to our branch, we can receive it until 18.00 on weekdays and by 17.00 on Saturdays. We do not provide service on Sundays. We price your cargoes depending on their weight or deci based on the larger of the two measurements.
In order to request a receipt from your address, you can inform our Aras Cargo branches by 16.30, or else ring our Call Center on 444 25 52 by 15.30 on weekdays and by 12.00 on Saturdays.
If you want to bring your parcel to our branch, we can receive it by 17.30 on weekdays and by 13.00 on Saturdays. We do not provide service on Sundays.
We price your cargoes depending on their weight or deci based on the larger of the two measurements. For distance we use the shipment fees given on “Shipment Fee List”. If your cargo is categorized as cargo to be carried under special conditions, we add a shipment assurance fee to the shipment fee according to its weight/deci weight. Depending on the service you are using (Pick up From Door, Home Delivery, etc.) we designate the shipment fee by adding a handling fee to it.
*Deci; The value calculated after measurement of a parcel including its width, height, length in cm multiplied and divided by a predetermined multiple (3,000 for domestic deliveries and 5,000 for international deliveries). Along with those cargoes legally forbidden to be carried, certain cargoes that carry the risk of damaging other cargoes or human health during shipment are categorized as cargoes forbidden to be carried by taking shipment conditions into consideration.
As submission of identity card is a legal obligation, all cargo companies are required to act according to this law.
For this reason as per the regulations on acquittal of criminal revenues and prevention of financing terrorism dated 11.10.2006 and numbered 5549; the identity number, identity type and number, address, signature, phone number and e-mail address, if available, and information regarding their professions, are asked of Turkish citizens wishing to make a delivery.
Under separate cover, as per the 2nd Clause of the 45th Article of Road Transport Regulations published on the Official Gazette dated 11.06.2009 and numbered 27255; the sender is required to submit his/her address and credentials in a complete and accurate way. If not, it has been stated that the shipping company shall not make the delivery.
With the advantage of having the widest transportation network, we securely deliver your parcels to the four corners of Turkey.
We enable you to use our Cargo at Call service or Delivery with Notified Recipient service, by delivering your parcels to the nearest branch to the recipient for locations where delivery is impossible.
Deliveries of which the recipient is aware at the sender’s delivery center, and which are made upon the recipient denoting that they will go to the branch without notification being given, are called “Delivery with Notified Recipient”.
Additionally you can request the deliveries to the door to be received by your recipient at our branch. In this case, with our cargo at call service we notify the recipient that their delivery is at our branch by phone.
If we cannot find the recipient at the destination address, we leave a “Home Delivery Notice” indicating that they can collect their cargo from the branch within 3 days.
If you wish, we can deliver your cargo to another person. Once the credentials of this person are checked, the delivery is made by signature. Those parcels not received by the recipient, or by someone authorized by the recipient, will be sent back to you.
Along with those cargoes legally forbidden to be carried, some cargoes which carry the risk of damaging other cargoes or human health during shipment are categorized as cargoes forbidden to be carried by taking shipment conditions into consideration.
We deliver your cargo in one day for distances between 0-600 km and in 2 days for greater distances. Those locations or settlements that are beyond the standard operational service areas, and where deliveries are made only on certain days of the week, are defined as mobile areas. By choosing our Aras Air service for provinces where air freight is available, you can deliver your cargoes within a day to distances for which the standard delivery time is 2 days. You can get information from our branches, or from our Call Centre on 444 2552. In provinces for which the delivery time doesn't exceed 24 hours, for your cargoes under 20 Kg/deci to be delivered by 10.00 o’clock next morning, you can use our Aras Good Morning service.
Conditional deliveries or deliveries that are not on our list, are assured with Aras Kargo assurance on condition that the product cost is less than 1,000 TL.
All your deliveries, the product cost of which is between 1,000 TL and 10,000 TL, can be assured with Aras Kargo assurance.
In order to benefit from our Special Shipment Assurance; you need to submit the product content information and your request for special shipment assurance to our branch officers. Also for your delivery, you need to pay the shipment and assurance fee in advance.
*Those deliveries that need to be made with a liability certificate after the content declaration fall beyond the scope of assurance.
We can deliver your cargo only to the barracks designated and approved by the Military Zones for cargo transporters.

With the Aras Cash On service that provides the convenience of payment at the door during the delivery of orders, the delivery of the product – which you have sold – to the customer, collection of the product’s fee from the customer, and its transfer to your bank account are fully under the assurance of Aras Kargo. With our Aras International service, we deliver your cargo to 227 countries on 5 continents with the service option of “Standard, Express, Air Freight and Road Freight” thanks to our solution partners, who have proven themselves globally. We also provide suitable services and solutions for you in relation to the transport of your import/export cargoes, as well as international documents and sample transportation.
You can use our Aras Same Day service for your urgent cargoes – that do not exceed 10kg/ds – in order to have them delivered to the recipient within the same day. With this service – which is valid for you intra-city cargo deliveries in all provinces of Turkey – we also deliver your intercity cargo deliveries – whose transportation time is suitable – to their recipient within the same day. With our “Aras Good Morning” service, which is the only service in the sector with hour certified delivery, we deliver your intra-city and out of city cargoes to their recipient by 10.00 o’clock at the latest on the next morning, and send the delivery information to your mobile phone by SMS. Aras Good Morning service – which provides service to our provinces whose delivery period is 24 hours – is only valid for your cargoes that do not exceed 20 kg/ds.
